In 2010 NYPL's following on Twitter grew
from just under 7,000 to over 90,000 followers,
increasing the number of visits to nypl.org coming
from Twitter by more than 353 percent.
The Library's Facebook community also more
than doubled from just over 10,000 to nearly 27,000,
while thousands of viewers tuned in
to NYPL on YouTube and Flickr.
